SyncShots ("we", "the app") helps trip groups share a single album. This policy explains what data we handle and why. By using SyncShots you agree to this policy.
Your photos and videos are uploaded to your own Google Drive account, in a folder the app creates. SyncShots does not host your media on its own servers. Other trip members view shared media via links to the uploader's Drive.
We do not sell your data. Media you mark as shared is visible to members of the same trip. We use the following service providers: Google Firebase (authentication, database, notifications) and Google Drive (your media storage). Their use of data is governed by Google's privacy policy.
The app only reads media captured within your active trip dates for upload. The rest of your photo library is never accessed or uploaded.
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your account, the trips you own, and your media records from our database. Files already uploaded to your own Google Drive remain in your Drive and can be deleted by you there.
SyncShots is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
