By downloading or using SyncShots you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

SyncShots lets trip groups share a photo album. Media is stored in each user's own Google Drive; SyncShots coordinates sharing and notifications.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and videos you upload. By adding media to a trip you grant other members of that trip permission to view it within the app. You are responsible for having the right to share any content you add.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not share another person's media without their consent.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

5. Storage

Media is stored in your Google Drive and counts toward your Google storage quota. SyncShots is not responsible for your Drive availability, limits, or any Drive-side changes.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in-app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
