Where are my photos stored?
In your own Google Drive, in a folder SyncShots creates. They are not on our servers.

Why isn't a photo syncing?
Only photos taken within the trip's start–end dates sync. Make sure you're online and have granted photo access. Pull down on the album to refresh, or tap the sync icon.

How do I join a trip?
Tap the join button and enter the invite code, or scan the trip's QR code.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: tap the profile icon → Delete account. This removes your account and data permanently.

Do other people see all my photos?
Only media you share to a trip is visible to that trip's members. You control visibility per item.
